Terms & Conditions

Booking Process:

1. To initiate a booking, clients must provide accurate and complete information through the website's booking form.

2. The booking is considered confirmed following deposit and consultation.

3. Changes to the booking date, time, or location are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

1. Cancellations made by the client less than 5 days prior to the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

2. Clients may request to reschedule a booking, subject to availability, and must provide a minimum of 2 days' notice.

3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, Gifted Kontent reserves the right to reschedule the session at no extra cost.

 

 Payments:

1. The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the day of the scheduled photography/videography session.

2. Payments can be made through the secure online payment system provided on the website.

3. Failure to make the final payment may result in the cancellation of the booking, and the client will forfeit the deposit.

 

Copyright and Usage:

1. Gifted Kontent retains the copyright to all images/videos captured during the session.

2. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images/videos for personal use only.

3. Commercial use of images/videos requires written permission and may be subject to additional fees.

 

Image/Video Delivery:

1. Gifted Kontent will deliver the final edited images/videos within 1 week of the session date.

2. The method of delivery (digital download, USB, etc.) will be specified in the booking agreement.

 

Client Cooperation:

1. Clients are responsible for ensuring the cooperation of all individuals involved in the session.

2. Gifted Kontent is not responsible for incomplete coverage if key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during the session.

 

Liability:

1. Gifted Kontent is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the photography/videography session.

2. Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during the session.

3. To ensure the safety of Gifted Kontent and the clients, during private sessions, clients are only allowed 1 guest (this includes staff and or glam team). If additional guests are required contact Gifted Kontent for accommodations. Gifted Kontent reserves the right to deny additional guests. 

 

Changes to Terms:

1. Gifted Kontent reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any changes.

 

By booking a session with Khiry Clements, Gifted Kontent, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
